Installer fitting a new window during a home renovation

Complete Window Replacement

Full vinyl replacement from the exterior brickmould right through to the interior casing — not a retrofit insert dropped into a rotten frame. Energy Star–certified glass, so you feel the difference in January.

  • Full-frame replacement, not insert-only
  • Energy Star–certified glazing
  • Interior casing and exterior capping finished
  • Existing units removed and disposed of

Entry Door Replacement

Steel or fibreglass entry doors in modern, classic and custom styles. The front door is the first thing anyone sees and the easiest place on a house to lose heat.

  • Steel and fibreglass slabs
  • Modern, classic and custom glass inserts
  • Premium locksets and multi-point hardware
  • Frame, threshold and weather-sealing replaced

Patio Door Replacement

Vinyl patio doors with multi-point locking and Energy Star–certified glass. Fixes the two things people hate about old patio doors: they stick, and they're the coldest spot in the house.

  • Sliding and swing configurations
  • Multi-point locking systems
  • Energy Star–certified glass
  • Track and sill properly set so it stays smooth

Siding Installation

Vinyl or metal siding with proper insulation behind it. Done right it changes how a house looks and how much it costs to heat.

  • Vinyl and metal siding systems
  • Insulation and house wrap
  • Trim, corners and J-channel finished cleanly
  • Old siding removed and disposed of

Soffit & Fascia

Ventilated aluminum soffit and fascia covering exposed wood. Attic ventilation is the thing nobody thinks about until there's ice damming or mould in the roof deck.

  • Ventilated soffit for proper attic airflow
  • Fascia capped in maintenance-free aluminum
  • Rotten wood identified and flagged before covering
  • Colour-matched to siding and capping

Eavestrough Systems

Seamless eavestrough formed on site, hung on hidden hangers rather than nailed through. Nail-on troughs work loose and pull away — this doesn't.

  • Seamless trough formed on site
  • Hidden hanger system, no spikes
  • 5" and oversized 6" options for heavy rainfall
  • Downspouts routed away from the foundation

Aluminum Capping

Custom-formed capping over exterior wood trim — windows, garage doors, entry doors, posts. Ends the repaint cycle on the parts of a house nobody enjoys painting.

  • Window and door surrounds
  • Garage door frames and posts
  • Brake-formed on site to fit exactly
  • Wide colour range, matched to existing

Complete Kitchen Remodels

Full-scope kitchen renovation — cabinetry, countertops, flooring, lighting and layout. One contractor holding the whole thing together rather than you coordinating five.

  • Cabinetry and countertops
  • Flooring and lighting
  • Layout changes and plumbing relocation
  • Managed start to finish, one point of contact

Plumbing & Fixture Replacement

Shower fixtures, kitchen and bathroom faucets, and new installations. Usually booked alongside other work, which saves you a separate trade visit.

  • Shower and tub fixture upgrades
  • Kitchen and vanity faucet replacement
  • New fixture installations
  • Shut-offs and supply lines replaced where needed

Senior Home Safety & Accessible Showers

Grab bars, benches, folding seats and curbless shower systems, fitted so someone can stay in their own home safely and for longer. It's a different conversation from a window quote, so it has its own page.

Frequently Asked

How long does a full window replacement take?
+
Most homes are done in one to two days depending on the number of openings. We remove, install, insulate, cap and finish the interior casing in the same visit — you don't get left with an open wall overnight.
Do you replace windows in winter?
+
Yes. Openings are done one at a time so the house is never open for long. Some sealants have temperature limits, and where that affects the schedule we'll tell you rather than install something that won't cure properly.
Can I cancel after I've signed?
+
Yes. Under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act you can cancel within 10 days of receiving your copy of a written agreement signed at your home, for any reason. We'd rather you were sure than stuck.
Will the price change once you start?
+
Only if we find something that isn't visible from the outside — rot behind cladding, a frame out of square. If that happens we stop, show you, and price it before continuing. By law we can't exceed a written estimate by more than 10% without your agreement, and we don't.
Do you handle the disposal?
+
Yes. Old windows, doors, siding and trough go with us. The site is cleaned before we leave.
